Hi there! I’m Colleen
Certified Speech-Language Pathologist, Certified Dementia Practitioner, & PAC™ Certified Independent Consultant and Trainer

Care is at the center of everything I do.

With over 20 years of experience as a speech-language pathologist, I began my career working with children and individuals in the disability space. Those early years shaped my deep commitment to communication, connection, and respect for each person’s unique journey.

Today, my focus and passion lie in changing the culture of dementia care.

I created this consulting and training practice with one clear purpose: to support individuals living with dementia, families, and professionals navigating the complex realities of dementia and brain change. I believe that care—when rooted in dignity, compassion, and connection—can transform even the most difficult moments.

Whether you're living with dementia, supporting a loved one, or working on the front lines of care, you deserve skilled guidance and a trusted partner who truly understands the emotional and practical challenges of this journey. My work is about walking alongside you—not in front or behind—with respect for your experience, your strengths, and your needs.

As a PAC™ Certified Independent Consultant and Trainer with Teepa Snow’s Positive Approach to Care®, in addition to my speech-language pathology background, I bring practical knowledge, hands-on strategies, and compassionate insight to every interaction. I offer personalized consulting, professional training, and community education, all designed to help care partners and those living with dementia feel more confident, connected, and supported.

It is my honor and privilege to walk alongside individuals and their care partners—working together to build more understanding, deeper connection, and greater dignity every step of the way.
