Terms and Conditions for Online Booking and Services

1. Booking and Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled through our online booking system. Bookings are confirmed once payment is completed and you receive an email confirmation.
Please double-check that your contact information is correct so you receive all session details and reminders.
2. Service Delivery
Sessions are offered in person or via Zoom, depending on your selection at the time of booking.
For virtual sessions, please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a private space for our time together.
3. Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking through Stripe, which is securely integrated with our scheduling system.
Your appointment is confirmed only after successful payment.
If you experience payment issues, please contact us so we can assist promptly.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change.
Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session or no-shows may be charged the full fee.
You may reschedule using your booking link or by reaching out directly.
5. Refunds
Refunds are available only within the cancellation window or if Rooted in Care Consulting cancels the session.
Once a session has occurred, no refunds will be issued.
If a session must be rescheduled due to technical or scheduling issues on our end, a new appointment will be arranged at no cost.
6. Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed without your written consent, except where required by law (e.g., risk of harm, abuse, or legal obligation).
7. Professional Boundaries
Rooted in Care Consulting provides consultation and education services. These sessions are not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice.
Clients should seek appropriate licensed professionals for medical or legal concerns.
8. Technology Disclaimer
For virtual sessions, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to circumstances beyond our control (such as internet outages or platform errors).
If a disruption occurs, your session will be rescheduled.
9. Limitation of Liability
By booking a session, you agree that Rooted in Care Consulting and its representatives are not responsible for outcomes, decisions, or actions taken as a result of consultation services.
10. Agreement
By completing an online booking and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
